As a 5-year-old girl, she already knew that being a midwife would be the perfect profession for her when she witnessed the birth of her sister and was touched by the midwife’s professional guidance.

Afterwards, Angelique not only completed the training with enthusiasm, but also started Het Geboorte-atelier in 2005. This practice has since grown into an incredibly close working team of colleagues at multiple locations.

Besides obstetrics, Angelique has specialized in the psychological process surrounding pregnancy, motherhood and loss as a women’s coach. For her, this feels like a unique addition to her beautiful profession.
