We will save patient records no longer than necessary based on the goal to which these details are stored and will take any means necessary to keep these records safe for unauthorized parties. We will ask permission to the patients for storing the information in case there has not been agreed on a contract of care and we will inform these patients about their rights regarding the data. Het Geboorte-atelier will inform her patients about the goal of processing the information and in any case special actions are taken using the information provided.
